Brasserie/Mydy interview with the Nicaraguan filmmaker Laura Baumeister De Montis about her short film "Ombligo de Agua" selected as part of the 2019 International Competition (I2 programme).
Alina rides horses. She is good at it, as she is at everything she does. Alina smokes crack. She feels more at home with the people who provide her with the drug than with her own family. Alina crumbles, but she has something to hold on to. A dream of a simple life, growing tomatoes.
The video was produced by the Brasserie team and filmed by students from the ARFIS film school.
